Although our product range is tailored towards the music market we are always happy to take on more work!
Ordering
Add the products to your cart which you would like to purchase. When you have everything in your cart that you want, click on 'checkout' to pay via card or use the paypal link in the cart.
You can send changes to service@ystm.co.uk Changes can only be made if your request
is answered before your order is processed. Once your order is preocessed or shipped,
no changes can be made.
Postage
We offer free 1st class service on all orders. On all orders over £100 we offer
free Recorded Delivery. Alternatively on orders smaller than a £100 recorded delivery
is available for an additional £2
Orders are usually dispatched first class via royal mail within 5 working days of
date of purchase however occasionally there may be a slight delay due to availability.

before making an order and we
will let you know if we can produce your promotional merchandise any quicker.
At the moment we do not ship to anywhere outside the United Kingdom.
Opening a shop
Yes, it will not cost you a penny. Also there are no set-up fees or maintenance
costs. When an order is made for one of your logos on our Marketplace you will earn
commission.
Register by using our online registration form. You will then be able to upload designs to our site for sale on the marketplace and to allow you to easily purchase products from us with ease.
Yes, once you have registered with us, we would recommend you create a link
from your site to ours. ystm.co.uk can act as your online shop.
Commissions are paid on request ( by email),
as long as you have built up credit
of over £20. You can check your credit with ystm by
logging in
using your email
address and password.
Affiliates can be paid in different ways. Through a Paypal account by submitting
their e-mail address (In general, Paypal charges a fee for the transfer of payments)
or by cheque posted to the address given when subscribing.

or services of a given person or company and distinguishes them from the product
or services of other persons or companies. Trademark law prevents you from using
anothers trademark (such as the name of a musical group or artist) on your items,
because doing so would cause consumers to believe that the trademark owner has made,
approved or endorsed your shirts. A trademark is someones name or brand.

Yes, with item such as Badges, Stickers and Keyrings on orders below 100 items you can submit up to
2 designs and on orders above 100 items you can submit up to 4 designs.
How do I know if
the items will look good?
For more information about getting the most out of your items we have included some
artwork tips and some additional information about the various
printing techniques
we use. Once you have submitted your order if the artwork team feel that the image
submitted isn’t of a high enough quality to produce a good quality print we will
e mail you asking for alternative artwork. If we feel that you would benefit from
using a different printing technique we will also contact you in order to achieve
the best result possible. This after sales service is completely free and helps
us to ensure that customers receive products of the highest quality.
