A guide to choosing the most appropriate printing method

Design suitability guide for Flex / Flock Printing

Suitable for Flex / Flock printing Not suitable for Flex / Flock printing

Flex / Flock printing would be the most suitable printing technique for the above design. Colour transition, blending and fading isn’t possible with Flex / Flock printing therefore single coloured designs work best

It isn’t possible to print the above design with Flex / Flock printing due to the colour transition. We would recommend for you to use sublimation printing on white t shirts and digital printing on other t shirts and products

It is possible to print with a maximum of 3 colours with Flex / Flock printing. These colours however cannot blend into each other.  To order a 2 or 3 colour design like the one above, 1) select the main colour of the design in the "design colour" drop down box (for the tee above this would be white), 2) specify which parts of the graphic you want in a different colour in the special instructions box (for the tee above "can i have the 'heart' in dark red and 'clothing' in vivid blue")

If you require a garment with more than 3 colours, colour blending, colour transition or fading we would recommend for you to use sublimation printing on white t shirts and digital printing on other t shirts and products
